2. How do I request for a tutor?
All you need to do is simply call us at +65 6280 7882 or submit your request via request form.
3. Do I need to pay for matching services?
No! This tutor matching service is FREE for students. All you need to pay is tuition fee when you successfully engage a tutor and lesson commenced.
4. How much do I need to pay if I successfully engage a tutor through AsiaMentorLab.com?
a. Only tuition fee as per agreed.
b. AsiaMentorLab.com will only charge one-off 50% of first month's tuition fee as commission from the tutor.
c. We will collect this 50% commission directly from students / parents upon completion of the first 2 weeks of lesson.
d. Student will pay the full 100% tuition fees to the tutor for the subsequent months.
e. For common understanding (avoidance of doubts), one month is calculated as 4 weeks.
5. How long it take for AsiaMentorLab.com to shortlist a tutor for me?
Upon received your request, we will get back to you asap with the shortlisted candidate who meet your requirements.
6. Can I change the tutor if I find that he/she is not suitable?
a. Yes, you can. However, you still need to pay tuition fee for all the lesson that has been delivered, prior to your change request.
b. AsiaMentorLab.com is work for students’ requirements and benefits in matching a suitable private tutor.
c. In any case, students found that the assigned tutor is not suitable, AsiaMentorLab.com will arrange for replacement.
7. How do I make payment to AsiaMentorLab.com?
a. You can make the payment by money transfer through ATM or Internet Banking, or pay by cheque.
b. Please notify AsiaMentorLab.com once you make the payment. Call us or email us. We will issue you an official receipt then.
